The ancient Egyptians knew that order and chaos must coexist. However, when the Earth is off-balance and lives are threatened, the ancient gods wake once more. The family musical "Nilens Stjerne" begins with an electrical short circuit at Glyptoteket museum, where some Danish schoolchildren are zapped into a time warp and suddenly come face-to-face with Anubis, the jackal-headed god who protects the afterlife.
Breathless excitement and hilarious jokes spiced up with Egyptian wisdom about life are the main features of this hit show. We promise that the Fairy-Tale Theatre’s award-winning young stars will impress audiences for the 25th year in a row in the Glass Hall Theatre. Magnificent set design, colourful costumes, unforgettable music and dancing makes for a shared adventure that your family will remember forever.
Duration: Two hours including a twenty minute interval. Age: For all adventurers aged five and over.
Please note: the show is performed in Danish.
