Your annual card membership is valid from the time of purchase/activation until the end of the calendar year in which the annual card was purchased. If you buy a annual card after Halloween, Christmas in Tivoli is free of charge, and your membership is valid for the whole of the following year.
Yes, within the validity period of the season pass. The sooner you activate your card, the more you will get out of your membership.

Yes, there are lots of offers and membership benefits. These may be permanent or valid for a limited time, but they may also change regularly and several times during the season. So it’s a good idea to check out our membership benefits for annual card holders before you visit the Gardens. You can also keep up-to-date by signing up for our newsletter.
In general, no right of cancellation applies to annual cards, but in accordance with legislation in this area, you have a 14-day cancellation period for purchases made via our webshop.
All Gold Card, VIP Card or Tivoli Business Club Card holders receive a discount on Unlimited Ride tickets.
You can go in and out of the Gardens as you like. You can bring in guests free of charge once a day only by accompanying them through the ticket gate as a group. If your guests wish to return to the Gardens later, they must exit through Tivoli Food Hall and receive a re-entry stamp from the Tivoli guard.
If you have a Silver Card, Press Pass or Shareholder’s Card, you can bring in one guest with you every day. If you have a Gold Card, VIP Card or Tivoli Business Club Card, you can bring in four guests as a group every day. The following applies to entering with guests:
You must swipe your card through the card reader at the entrance for each individual guest who is accompanying you.
This means that if you bring two guests, you must swipe your card three times: once for yourself and twice for your two guests. However, you may only bring in the number of guests permitted by your annual card. You and your guest(s) may only enter Tivoli together, so you cannot lend your card to your guests if you are not present
If you have lost your annual card, the first thing to do is call Tivoli on +45 7015 0666 or e-mail us at email@example.com so we can block your pass to prevent it being misused by others.
Lost or damaged passes can be replaced for a charge corresponding to the standard entrance fee (120 DKK) upon personal request to the Tivoli Box Office or Tivoli Service Centre, situated to the left of the Main Entrance on Vesterbrogade 3.

No, you won’t. Simply keep using your old card unless you are renewing and changing to a different card type. If you have lost your old annual card and want to renew the same card type, you must do so upon personal request.
Yes, a annual card is personal to you and cannot be loaned out or transferred to others, either via power of attorney or through any other written or verbal consent. If the card is used by anyone than the card holder, it will be revoked and will not be returned.
When you start using your card, we take a snapshot of you. The photo will only be used to check admission to Tivoli and will be stored in a database. When you visit the Gardens, your photo may be displayed on a screen that is visible only to the ticket collector at the entrance. If you do not wish to have a photo registered, you are obliged to show photo ID at all times when visiting the Gardens. We use your annual card photo to prevent card fraud and to make it harder for your annual card to be misused by others if it is stolen or if you lose it.
You must be in possession of at least 100 shares which are registered in your name and listed in one Danish repository in order to qualify for a Shareholder’s Card.

You can easily upgrade your annual card to a more expensive one, but you cannot downgrade or combine your memberships. Annual cards can be upgraded at the Tivoli Box Office or the Tivoli Service Centre.
This means that you renew your existing membership. For example, you can renew an active membership from 2015 to 2016, but not an earlier membership from 2014 to 2016.
Yes, all Unlimited Ride tickets are personal to you. They cannot be transferred to others, either via power of attorney or through any other written or verbal consent, and they are only valid on the day they are supplied.
