1. Place the goods in the basket:
you do this by selecting the quantity and clicking on the "Purchase" button for each product you wish to purchase. The goods are placed automatically in the shopping basket.
2. View your shopping basket:
When you have selected and completed the annual card, tickets etc. you wish to purchase, you can see a summary of your purchases in the shopping basket in the top right. For each product there is the option to delete it or amend the quantity. You can then choose to purchase additional items or complete your purchase.
3. Complete the necessary information:
We ask for information about you when you purchase goods at Tivoli's webshop.
When purchasing an annual card, we ask you for customer information (name, address, e-mail) and delivery information (name and address).
For admission, Multi-ride tickets, packages etc., we ask for your name and e-mail address.
If you have forgotten to complete a field and try to proceed, the empty field will be highlighted in red. These fields must be completed before you can move on.
4. Go to payment:
When you proceed to payment, you must have your payment card ready. Tivoli collaborates with NETS so your data is completely safe and protected. You can read more about this under Security. For payment you are transferred to NETS' payment module. Enter your card information as indicated and click on make payment.
When you have paid with your card, you will be returned to the shop's receipt page which shows all the details about your order.
6. Print tickets:
You will now receive your receipt pr. e-mail. Here you will find your purchased tickets attached in a PDF. Remember to print your tickets before your Tivoli visit.
We recommend that you print out your receipt so you have it for subsequent reference (it will not be valid as an admission ticket).
