  1. CAN I ACTIVATE MY ANNUAL CARD WHENEVER I LIKE?

    Yes, within the validity period of the season pass. The sooner you activate your card, the more you will get out of your membership.

  2. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR MEMBERSHIP DATA ONLINE?

    Not at the moment, unfortunately, but you are welcome to write to us at tivolikort@tivoli.dk

  3. DOES THE TIVOLI PASS INCLUDE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS?

    Yes, there are lots of offers and membership benefits in our new reward programme Tivoli Lux. To gain access to the benefits offered by Tivoli Lux, the Tivoli Pass must be purchased as a subscription, the Passholder must have a My Tivoli profile and must have agreed to receive Tivoli's newsletter "Tivoli Tæt På". The benefits may be permanent or valid for a limited time, but they may also change regularly and several times during the season. So it’s a good idea to check out our membership benefits for Tivoli Pass holders in the Tivoli app before you visit the Gardens.

  4. CAN I CANCEL MY ANNUAL CARD PURCHASE?

    In general, no right of cancellation applies to annual cards, but in accordance with legislation in this area, you have a 14-day cancellation period for purchases made via our webshop.

  5. IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR UNLIMITED RIDE TICKETS?

    All Gold Card, VIP Card or Tivoli Business Club Card holders receive a discount on Unlimited Ride tickets.
