Every Wednesday in the Orangery, enjoy some of today's best Danish jazz performers backed by the Tivoli Ensemble under the leadership of conductor Peter Jensen. Under the heading Jazz with a Sense of Direction, each month they explore a new theme. In July it is Kristian Jørgensen, under the heading Ellingtonia, who digs into the unknown Duke Ellington repertoire - found deep in the archives of the Smithsonian, Washington DC.
The concert is part of the Copenhagen Jazzfestival programme.
