Join us on a magical evening, where Nimb’s sommelier and the head chef of Sticks’n’Sushi are given a free hand..

On Tuesday 26 February, Nimb Bar will be transformed into a Japanese winter gourmet adventure for a single evening. Here, you can follow the Sticks’n’Sushi’s chef as he conjours up delicacies in the open kitchen. On this evening, you can experience a delicate snow crab from Jacob Kongsbak Lassen enriched by seductive drops of champagne from the house of Ruinart.

A snow crab is a long-legged winter bather that lives on the bottom of the Arctic Ocean. Its monstrous shell hides snowy and extremely tasty flesh, whose flavours are perfectly matched to champagne. For this evening, Nimb’s sommelier has chosen to serve champagnes from the iconic house of Ruinart.

There are only 50 dining tickets for sale for this unique dinner, so you need to be quick to secure a ticket.
