Lunch consists of a top quality Danish open sandwich, where everything is home-made. In the dusky evenings, when a light mist covers the lake, the restaurant serves classic Danish dishes spiced with inspiration from international cuisine. The dishes are adapted to the local home-brewed beer.
Visit the bar before or after dinner and follow the activities going on in the brewery. Several days a week, the restaurant's house pianist plays classic songs so diners later in the evening can sing along, which is a great experience.
