Nimb Brasserie is a classic brasserie, where the menu changes regularly to make the most of the fresh Nordic ingredients in season. At the brasserie you can try European brasserie classics with a modern, playful twist.
The brasserie is one of Denmark's largest and can accommodate 250 guests. The room is divided into different sections, so diners can sit together cosily. Sit with views of Tivoli and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Serving from 8.00 to 22.00, Nimb Brasserie embraces the whole day and puts you at the centre of culinary quality where you are spoilt for choice and get personalised service with a homely spirit.
The restaurant is open all year round.

Main course: Guinea fowl with mushrooms, truffle sauce and watercress
