Business Lunch at Sticks and Sushi
NIGIRI with shrimp, salmon, hiramasa and tuna.
MAKIRULLER Pink Alaska with salmon, avocado og cream cheese. Spicy tuna with cucumber, chili, avocado and miso aïoli. Gypsy roll with flame grilled fish, avocado, cucumber, ginger, chili and red onion.
STICKS with chciken meat balls, chicken with teriyaki and Buta yaki made from freerange pig. Edamame beans with salt and lemon.
Served with soy, wasabi and ginger and still or sparkling water.
DESSERT Créme Brûlée with coffee or tea.
