Stick n'Sushi make food that connects the dots between Tokyo and Copenhagen. In that sense we are a rare fish. We create a cuisine that derives from both these kitchens. Freshness, organic vegetables, innovation and sensually aesthetic dishes are always on our menu. Vegetables, meat and fish. Raw and grilled. A predominantly healthy kitchen - without being too fanatical.
