Tivoli asks anyone experiencing symptoms of infection not to visit Tivoli. People with symptoms should self-isolate at home. If you've been ill, we also ask you not to visit Tivoli until you've been symptom-free for at least 48 hours.
All employees who have visited orange or red risk areas will be sent home for a period of 14 days after returning to Denmark. We also ask you not to visit Tivoli if you have visited a country in an orange or red risk area within the last 14 days. If in any doubt, please refer to the guidelines of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Udenrigsministeriet).
We kindly ask all guest to book the time of their arrival prior to their visit. Tivoli will only allow entrance to the Gardens with a valid reservation. The functionality for booking your visit is not yet finished, but you will find the information on this page, once the functionality is available.
Our guests will find installed hand sanitizing stations around the Tivoli site and at all rides. In addition, there are distance markers and reminders to keep to the right in all high-footfall areas at Tivoli. Due to the updated government precautions, guests are required to wear a face mask when visiting restaurants and cafés in the Gardens. Face masks are also mandatory on some of our rides, where masks are provided free of charge.
Especially regarding Tivoli Pass holders
We would like to thank you for the extensive loyalty you are demonstrating as a Tivoli Pass holder. Please know that your support is invaluable.
As a Tivoli Pass holder, you are entitled to compensation for those days in which Tivoli's summer season has been shortened by order of the authorities. Compensation is calculated based on your pass type and the number of opening days you have lost in 2020. Some examples are shown below.
If you wish to support Tivoli at this difficult time, you can choose to disregard the opportunity for compensation.

You have a Tivoli Pass subscription, which is due for renewal on 31 October 2020. You will lose 53 days including the extended summer season, and are therefore entitled to up to DKK 67.45 in compensation.
You have a Tivoli Wild Pass bought in Tivoli without a subscription, and it runs out on 31 December 2020. You will lose 53 days including the extended summer season, and are therefore entitled to up to DKK 187.90 in compensation.

According to the guidelines issued by the Danish authorities, attendances of up to 500 people are currently permitted for cultural events where people are sitting down, but there are specific requirements regarding distances and floor size. As a consequence, some performances will go ahead as planned, but a number of performances and events scheduled at the Tivoli Concert Halls are affected by these restrictions and will therefore be rescheduled. Especially regarding "Dyrene i Hakkebakkeskoven"
Tivoli and Teater-V has decided to postpone "Dyrene i Hakkebakkeskoven" until Spring 2021. Tickets for the shows are automatically moved to next year. All affected guests have been contacted directly via the email they have used for the ticket purchase.
Especially regarding "Midt om natten"
Tivoli, Langkjær Entertainment og Live Nation has decided to postpone Midt om natten until Spring 2021. Further information have been sent straight to affected customers’ email addresses.
